West Fleet Holiday Farm Nightly Tariff

Please Note the Following:

1. Pitch fees include two people with one tent and a car or two people and a motorhome. Vans and/or commercial vehicles strictly by prior agreement only, if accepted additional charges may apply. (We also have limited availability for a few touring caravans.)
2. Maximum tent size for reserved service pitches 5 metres x 8 metres except by prior arrangement.
3. Weekly discount: See prices pages (below) (Deposits Paid Before 31 March 2024). 
4. Prices include VAT, hot water, showers & use of swimming pool* and clubhouse* (*main season and subject to Covid-19).
5. We can accommodate tents, trailer tents and/or motor-homes with awnings.  We have a few pitches for touring caravans.​ ​Deposits £60.00 per pitch per week or part thereof or full payment if total balance is less than the deposit.  All balances are payable 7 days before the date ot arrival.
6. ​Groups* (including family groups) to a maximum of two tents/units (or more than two adults in one tent) by prior agreement only. If you are part of a group or meeting with friends, tell us when booking or you may forfeit your pitch and fees.  We do accept some groups, subject to special terms and conditions.​
7. Visitors are not permitted. The camping parks and facilities are strictly for guests named and listed on the booking form.
8. Latest time of arrival 7 pm.
