Our Terms and Conditions on Cancellations and Variations to Bookings
Deposits are non-refundable. Customers are recommended to consider cancellation/holiday insurance, which is available from a variety of third party providers and is advisable if you require protection against unforeseen, insurable events (e.g. illness, injury, travel problems etc.). Should you need to cancel your holiday please let us know by email as soon as possible and no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Failure to notify us of your intention to cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the outstanding balance of the booking. In some circumstances, at the sole discretion of the owners, it may be possible to transfer a cancelled booking to alternative dates. Please ask for details.
Changes to Bookings
You may change the dates of your booking, subject to availability and prior to payment of the full balance (i.e. at least 7 days notice is required). There is a £5 administration charge for each change made. Depending on the dates requested, additional restrictions, additional fees and/or minimum stays may also apply.
Payment of Deposits
Deposits due at the time of booking. Payment of all outstanding balances due 7 days before arrival.
Pitches will only be held until 7 p.m. on the booked date of arrival. Unless you have advised us that you will be arriving late. Please note that the latest time of arrival is 7 p.m.
Pitches, facilities and access to the camping park are for the use of people named and registered with Reception at the time of booking. Customers must not invite guests to visit them whilst staying at the camping park.
