Our Terms and Conditions on Cancellations and Variations to Bookings
Deposits are non-refundable. Customers are recommended to consider cancellation/holiday insurance, which is available from a variety of third party providers and is advisable if you require protection against unforeseen, insurable events (e.g. illness, injury, travel problems etc.). Should you need to cancel your holiday please let us know by email as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Failure to notify us of your intention to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the outstanding balance of the booking. In some circumstances, at the sole discretion of the owners, it may be possible to transfer a cancelled booking to alternative dates. Please ask for details.
Changes to Bookings
You may change the dates of your booking, subject to availability, provided we are given a minimum of 48 hours notice. There is a £5 administration charge for each change made. Depending on the dates requested, additional restrictions, additional fees and/or minimum stays may also apply.
Payment of Deposits
For advance bookings, made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance payable on arrival (and no later than 7 p.m.). For late bookings, made within 48 hours of the day of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Pitches will only be held until 7 p.m. on the booked date of arrival. If you are delayed, please ensure that you contact reception and pay all balances due before 7 p.m. and to inform them of your expected time of arrival. Please note that the latest time of arrival is 9 p.m.
Pitches, facilities and access to the camping park are for the use of people named and registered with Reception at the time of booking. Customers must not invite guests to visit them whilst staying at the camping park unless they have specifically requested and been granted permission to do so, in advance, by the park manager at the time of the original booking. The names and vehicle registration number of any prospective guests, to a maximum of one vehicle and one family, must be provided at the time of booking. Any such visitors must report to and register at Reception immediately on arrival. Fees will be payable at the applicable rate per additional person and per additional vehicle. Access for visitors is at the sole discretion of the park manager. Visitors must leave the park no later than 9 pm.
