From 17 May, in line with "Step 3" of the Government's Roadmap for the gradual easing of "lockdown", we will be opening for a larger number of guests than was possible under "Step 2". As an accommodation provider, we are required to operate and enforce tighter controls than those applying to the general public in public spaces, such as parks and beaches. Access to all areas of our camping park will remain limited to guests who have a confirmed booking, made in advance. Guests will be required to respect social distancing rules (hands, face, space, rule of six and no household mixing). The pool and the clubhouse at West Fleet Farm may be open during Step 3 during peak periods, but guests should expect restricted access and to be required to comply with additional covid safety rules (for example, booked slots for pool use and seated only service in the clubhouse). Guests will not, under any circumstances, be permitted to have visitors and, as required by the covid regulations, all guests over the age of 16 must either scan the NHS Test and Trace QR code for this premises or provide the Reception with the name and contact details for every person on their booking aged 16 or over - this goes further than the rules imposed last year, but the Government regulations and guidance on them has changed for 2021. We expect all guests to respect others on the camping park, our team members and local residents alike and to behave in a covid-safe way at all times...even if you've had all your jabs! During Step 3, the camping park gates will continue to be locked at night. Thank you for your help and consideration in helping us to keep all our guests, team members and local residents safe. Please do not try to visit us unless you have a confirmed booking. You will not be able to stay and will be turned away. You may also be breaking the law.
