Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Pitches will only be made available at the discretion of the owners.
2. Groups, groups of more that two families, or non-family groups can only be accepted by prior arrangement with the management.
(For these groups there is a £20 per head bond payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned if all rules are adhered to, a list of which are on the web site along with booking details. After 11 p.m. We ask that there is no group chatting or other unnecessary noise. Any group, or part of a group, asked to “keep the noise down” after this time will be evicted the following morning and lose the entire group’s bond. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but we have to ensure that all our campers enjoy their stay, and our experiences with groups in the past have sometimes been bad. There are also many responsible groups that have stayed with us and therefore, rather than ban all groups, we have introduced this policy to ensure that everyone can enjoy their holiday.)
3. All pitches must be vacated by midday, unless a “late departure” has been agreed at paid for at the reception.
4. A strict 5 mph speed limit operates on the park. All roads should be used in accordance with the Highway Code. No unnecessary or unlicensed driving is allowed on the park. Pedestrians have priority.
5. DOGS - In the interests of hygiene and safety, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are respectfully asked to take their dogs to the dog exercise areas regularly and to “bag and bin” all mess. We also ask that you do not leave dogs unattended in tents or vehicles.
6. No pitching of tents is allowed on the park between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Except where agreed in advance with the park owners.
7. TV/Radio/other audio equipment etc. Must not be used to the annoyance of other campers and must be switched off by 11 p.m.
8. Campers are welcome to have visitors, but these must check in at the reception on arrival.
9 You can use barbeques on legs or raised off the grass on bricks or stones (do not remove stones from our walls!) Barbeques should be finished and packed away by 11 p.m.
10. Please respect you neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 10.30 p.m. If returning late from the Clubhouse or elsewhere, please do so quietly. The play area closes at 10.30 p.m.
11. Do not climb over or remove stones from the dry-stone walls. If you or any member of your party is found to have damaged the dry-stone walls around the park, you may be asked to leave the park without refund.
These rules may be amended at the discretion of the park owners. Any person not abiding by the rules or causing damage or nuisance will be asked to leave the park without refund.
